Python-based stand-alone version of T4SEfinder_TAPE is now available

It could run under Linux version 3.10.0-1062.12.1.el7.x86_64 with no additional installations,
after making sure everything has executable permissions. You can also download the software from
GitHub.
After downloading the compressed file '
T4SEfinder_TAPE_linux.tar.gz', decompress it and please read the file
README.md to install and run the
local version of T4SEfinder.
